Placement Manager

Role & responsibilities:

Placement Manager

• Counsel students throughout the program to align their expectations with the available job opportunities.
• Provide guidance and coaching to help students prepare for interviews and achieve success.
• Ensure that there are enough vacancies for each graduating student across all assigned centers.
• Assist the Center Manager and Counsellor in selecting students based on the Job Description and Talent Acquisition Form.
• Support the trainer in conducting assessments to confirm that students meet the clients requirements as outlined in the Job Description and Talent Acquisition Form.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to facilitate the placement process.
• Ensure that placement targets are achieved for each of the assigned centers.

Collaboration & Reporting:

• Work closely with Lead - Placements, Trainers, Counselors, Franchise Managers, and Central Placement Team.
• Report daily and weekly placement metrics and student progress.
• Participate in monthly reviews and center-level business meetings.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education:

  Graduate in any discipline

• Experience:

  2-5 years in campus placements, recruitment, staffing, or EdTech preferred

• Languages:

  Fluent in English and local language; Hindi is a plus

• Skills:

Excellent communication and stakeholder management

Strong influencing and counseling skills

Highly organized with attention to data accuracy

Passionate about student success and youth development
