Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for providing full executive support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting preparation, relationship management, event attendance, and travel administration. Additionally, you will support the planning and organizing of the company's presence at external events. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain the CEO's diary, ensuring they are fully prepared for all meetings and engagements with relevant briefing notes. - Coordinate the CEO's travel arrangements, balancing cost and time efficiency, and processing expenses. - Schedule meetings and liaise with external event organizers to ensure the smooth running of external events. - Conduct research and work on delegated projects to support the CEO in meeting preparation. - Maintain accurate records of papers and electronic correspondence on behalf of the CEO. - Support and develop internal and external stakeholder relationships, including the Chair of Trustees and individual Trustees. - Provide ad-hoc executive support to the Leadership Team as required. - Ensure effective communication by coordinating management/staff meetings, pre-booking rooms, and maintaining necessary technology. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Personal or Executive Assistant. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and scheduling appointments. - Experience in complying with Company Secretary obligations. - Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively. - Knowledge of standard office administrative practices and procedures. - Experience working with a Board of Trustees within a Charity would be advantageous. Additional Company Details: The role has historically been home and office-based in N. London, but there may be occasions where you will be required to attend events to support the CEO. The position must be carried out in accordance with the company's Equal Opportunities Policy, Health & Safety procedures, and organizational values.,
