Personal Secretary to Managing Director

Salary: n40,000 – n50,000 per monthExperience: 4 – 5 YearsQualification: Any Degree (UG / PG)Gender Preference: FemaleJob Description:We are looking for a dedicated and professional Personal Secretary to assist the Managing Director(MD) with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate should haveexcellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.Key Responsibilities:

• Handle mail correspondence, draft and manage communications on behalf of the MD.
• Take dictations and prepare letters, reports, and documents accurately.
• Manage the MD’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Attend and manage phone calls, including screening and directing them appropriately.
• Coordinate flight bookings, travel arrangements, and accommodation for the MD.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Liaise with clients, visitors, and internal staff on behalf of the MD.
• Provide efficient administrative and personal assistance as required.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

• Ability to handle pressure and maintain confidentiality
