Job Description

Process:Tata Capital Personal Loan Sales Officer - Voice Process

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound calling to potential leads for personal loans
Explain loan products clearly and convincingly
Capture and update accurate customer information
Meet daily and monthly lead generation targets
Coordinate with the sales team for lead conversion
Maintain follow-ups and call logs diligently

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate
Experience: 3 to 6 months in any telecalling/BPO/sales process preferred
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
Good spoken communication in Hindi and basic English required
Age: 18 to 35 years
Gender: Male and Female both can apply
Should be enthusiastic, target-oriented, and professional in conduct

Salary Details:

In-hand salary: 15,000 to 20,000 (Based on interview performance)
Performance-based incentives available
