Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, or chat to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  • Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and chats in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Job Requirements :

  • 1-4 years of experience in an international voice process environment (BPO/Call Centre).
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers over the phone or via digital channels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in helpdesk/service desk software applications.
