About the Role:

We are hiring experienced Customer Service Professionals for an international voice process. You will support US-based customers, handling queries with accuracy, professionalism, and timely resolutions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and assist Insulate members and providers.
• Provide support on claims, eligibility, benefits, and authorizations.
• Ensure every interaction reflects empathy, accuracy, and compliance.
• Achieve performance targets for CSAT, AHT, and quality.
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when required..

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: HSC Pass / Graduate.
• Minimum 06 months of experience in Customer Service (Voice Process) required.
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Comfortable working in US Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts).
• Relieving letter from last organization is mandatory.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: Up to ₹38,000 In-hand + Incentives/OT.
• 5 Days Working (Rotational Shifts & Offs).
