Position Overview

We’re looking for a

Performance Marketing Specialist

who can drive measurable business growth through digital acquisition channels. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across paid platforms, building strong lead generation funnels, and introducing automation to scale operations efficiently.You will report directly to the Growth Leader and will play a critical role in shaping our marketing performance, ensuring that every dollar spent translates into tangible ROI and qualified leads for our B2B business.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other B2B-relevant channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, run experiments, and continuously refine targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
  • Deliver actionable performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

Funnel Optimization & Remarketing

  • Build and manage end-to-end marketing funnels, ensuring smooth lead capture, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Execute remarketing strategies to re-engage high-intent prospects and improve conversion rates.
  • Test landing pages, CTAs, and ad messaging to minimize drop-offs and optimize lead-to-sale conversion.

Automation & Efficiency

  • Implement marketing automation workflows (Zapier, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.) to streamline campaign execution and lead management.
  • Automate reporting dashboards and repetitive marketing processes to save time and improve accuracy.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the marketing engine and design scalable solutions.

Lead Generation

  • Develop strategies to consistently generate high-quality B2B leads across multiple channels.
  • Explore new acquisition platforms, partnerships, and growth tactics for sustainable lead flow.
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure smooth lead handoff, alignment on MQL/SQL definitions, and pipeline contribution.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing with a focus on B2B businesses.
  • Proven expertise in running and optimizing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Strong understanding of marketing funnels, remarketing, and conversion optimization.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Zapier, ActiveCampaign, etc.).
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Bonus: Exposure to B2B sales processes and lead generation strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
