Role Overview

Performance Marketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize

  paid campaigns

  (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads).
• Drive

  SEO & SMO strategies

  to boost organic visibility.
• Create and manage

  campaign assets

  with content & design teams.
• Own and optimize

  landing pages, lead forms, CTAs

  (including A/B testing).
• Manage

  CRM lead flow

  (HubSpot/Zoho), ensure clean data & handover to sales.
• Monitor campaign performance via

  Google Analytics, Ads Manager, CRM dashboards

  .
• Share

  weekly/monthly reports

  with actionable insights & optimizations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 46 years of experience in

  performance marketing / digital marketing

  (B2B preferred).
• Strong hands-on expertise with

  Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads

  .
• Knowledge of

  CRM tools

  (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
• Solid understanding of

  SEO, SMO, and landing page optimization

  .
• Strong analytical skills with experience in

  GA4, UTM tracking

  .
• Excellent collaboration skills with content, design & sales teams.

Good to Have

• Experience in

  B2B product/SaaS campaigns

  .
• Google Ads / HubSpot certifications.
• Knowledge of

  basic HTML/CSS

  for landing page tweaks.
