Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Performance Marketing Specialist based in Kolkata. The specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and driving sales initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer service interactions, optimizing marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to refine strategies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to achieve targeted KPIs.
• Proficient in using Facebook Ads Manager for running successful social media advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding and application of Google Analytics to measure and enhance campaign performance.
• Experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) practices for enhancing online visibility and search rankings.
• Expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) techniques to increase conversion rates effectively.
• Solid background in Display Advertising tactics to promote brand awareness and product campaigns.
• Demonstrated skills in executing A/B Testing to optimize and improve ad campaigns' effectiveness.
• Proficient in devising Social Media Advertising strategies that align with overall marketing goals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEM, display, and social media advertising.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
• Develop and monitor campaign budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for best outcomes.
• Analyze performance data to generate actionable insights for continuous campaign improvement.
• Conduct regular market analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion.
• Implement advanced analytics techniques to measure and report on key performance metrics.
• Optimize marketing campaigns based on data-driven insights to boost ROI and engagement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
