You’ll be responsible for executing campaigns that drive traffic, conversions, and ROI for our clients and internal projects. ✅ Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, and other platformsMonitor daily campaign performance and optimize based on KPIs (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.)Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testingPrepare weekly/monthly campaign performance reportsCoordinate with creative and content teams to align ad visuals and messagingStay updated with the latest ad trends, tools, and algorithm changes 📝 Qualifications & Skills1–2 years of experience in performance marketing or digital adsStrong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics toolsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and budgets simultaneouslyProficient in Excel/Google Sheets for reportingKnowledge of landing page optimization and funnel strategy is a plusBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred 📩 Interested?
