Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Trainee located in Kolkata. The Sales and Marketing Trainee will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to communication, customer service, sales, training, and sales management to support the marketing efforts of the company. Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and leadsExplain the company’s services clearly and effectivelySchedule appointments for meetings with the business development/sales teamMaintain and update customer databases (CRM) regularlyFollow up with leads and handle queries promptlyProvide support in promotional campaigns and client outreachCoordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding RequirementsExcellent communication skills in English and Hindi/BengaliStrong interpersonal and persuasion skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM toolsAbility to multitask and manage time effectivelyPrior experience in sales/ customer service will be an added advantageMinimum qualification: High School Diploma or equivalent
