About the Role

Key Responsibilities

1. Online Work – 50%

• Create content: reels, posts, basic graphics, event coverage, and short write-ups.
• Cold calling for workshops, partnerships, and lead generation.
• Data collection, lead list creation, and basic CRM handling.
• Support in running online workshops, webinars, and campaigns.
• Assist in basic automation tasks (emails, WhatsApp, forms, funnels).

2. Offline Work – 50%

• Visit gyms, hospitals, colleges, cafés, and wellness centers for pitching our workshops or offerings.
• Conduct basic surveys, collect field data, and understand customer needs.
• Schedule meetings and calls with founders after field visits.
• Support in offline events, seminars, and workshops.
• Capture clips, photos, and short interviews for marketing content.
  

Skills & Requirements

• Must have

  bike, DL, and laptop

  (mandatory).
• Freshers are welcome; previous experience is a bonus.
• Good communication skills (English/Odia/Hindi).
• Confident in field work and meeting people daily.
• Ability to think on the spot, talk to business owners, and pitch clearly.
• Must be self-driven and ready for a high-activity role.
  

What You Get

• ₹20,000/month stipend during 6-month trainee period.
• Post-completion full-time salary:

  ₹30,000–₹50,000/month

  based on performance.
