Role Overview

Digital Marketing Interns

Note:

• If you already have experience, we will work together for

  1 month on a performance/ROI basis

  , after which you may be offered a

  paid freelancing contract

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and executing digital campaigns across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, and YouTube).
• Research and draft engaging content (posts, emails, ad copies, reels, and short videos).
• Help design social media creatives using Canva or similar tools.
• Support performance tracking using analytics tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, etc.).
• Run basic competitor analysis and suggest creative hacks for traction and visibility.
• Explore and implement organic growth techniques and automation tools.
• Coordinate with the founder and other interns to execute cross-functional campaigns for multiple business units (NPPD CARE, BizVidya, DasVita, and HGK).
  

What We Expect

• Strong interest in digital marketing, branding, and creative storytelling.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Basic knowledge of design, content writing, or campaign execution will be a plus.
• Prior internship/portfolio (for experienced applicants).
