This role is for one of Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 700000 - Rs 1200000 (ie INR 7-12 LPA) Min Experience: 3 years Location: Surat JobType: full-time Requirements About the Role We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute performance-driven advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on META platforms (Facebook, Instagram) . As part of our fast-paced marketing team, you will play a key role in scaling user acquisition, driving ROI, and maximizing the efficiency of digital marketing efforts across Facebook Ads Manager and other paid channels. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing strategies, crafting compelling ad content, and diving deep into analytics to uncover insights and inform decisions. This role requires a creative and analytical thinker who is passionate about data, experimentation, and performance-based growth. Key Responsibilities Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Facebook Ads Manager and META Ads platforms (Facebook & Instagram) to meet business and growth KPIs. Collaborate with the marketing, product, and creative teams to develop end-to-end campaign strategies that align with brand goals and audience targeting. Create compelling ad copy and visual creatives in collaboration with design teams, while constantly A/B testing for optimal performance. Monitor campaign performance daily and take a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement in CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and other key metrics. Optimize ad sets through rigorous audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and budget reallocation. Manage campaign budgets efficiently to ensure the highest return on ad spend (ROAS), and dynamically adjust spends based on performance. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify emerging opportunities or threats. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform algorithms, ad formats, bidding strategies, and changes within META's advertising ecosystem. Collaborate with analytics and product teams to ensure effective conversion tracking, attribution, and funnel optimization. Regularly provide reports, insights, and dashboards to the founding team on campaign performance, key learnings, and growth recommendations. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Facebook Ads Manager and META platforms. Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, KPIs, and growth funnels. Proficiency in audience targeting, retargeting, and lookalike strategies on META platforms. Strong grasp of creative testing, copywriting principles, and ad performance analysis. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs. Familiarity with budget management and the ability to forecast and allocate spends based on campaign goals. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving and data interpretation skills. Self-starter with a passion for marketing innovation, experimentation, and results-driven campaigns. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Nice to Have Experience working in SaaS, eCommerce, or startup environments. Familiarity with other performance channels like Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, or YouTube.
