Performance Marketing Manager

Job Description: We're seeking a proactive and performance-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online advertising efforts, coordinate outsourced talent, and implement foundational SEO strategies. This role demands a deep understanding of Meta and Google ad ecosystems, along with the agility to manage freelance resources for creative and technical tasks. What Youll Do: Strategize, launch, and optimize high-impact campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) Manage ad assets, including pixels , product catalogs , conversion tracking , and campaign performance dashboards Oversee daily operations within Meta Business Suite and Google Ads Manager Collaborate with freelancers via platforms like Fiverr/Upwork for tasks such as ad creatives, landing pages, copywriting, and web fixes Analyze campaign performance, create detailed weekly reports , and recommend data-backed optimizations Apply basic on-page and off-page SEO practices in coordination with the web/content teams Keep pace with the latest platform updates, tools, and digital marketing trends What Were Looking For: 2- 8 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing and digital ad management In-depth expertise with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Comfortable working with freelance platforms to source and manage creative/technical resources Familiar with Google Analytics , UTM tracking, and performance reporting Foundational knowledge of SEO , keyword tools, and website optimization basics Strong communication, project management, and reporting skills Interested candidates can apply at: harshita.s@ebikego.in or Whatsapp their resume at: 8655910052
