Role Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take complete ownership of our digital presence. This role is perfect for someone who knows how to run high-performing D2C campaigns, engage communities, and make a brand go viral (for all the right reasons!).

Key Responsibilities

 Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms.

 Develop and manage ad strategies tailored to Indian audiences.

 Build and engage online communities across social platforms.

 Create and oversee compelling content (copy, visuals, videos).

 Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using relevant tools.

 Stay updated on digital trends and experiment with new growth tactics.

Requirements

 3+ years of proven experience in digital marketing.

 Strong background in D2C/eCommerce campaigns.

 Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, Shopify, SEMrush, etc.

 Creative, analytical, and data-driven mindset.

 Self-starter with a go-getter attitude and passion for experimentation.

Good to Have (Bonus Skills)

 Experience with influencer or email marketing campaigns.

 Strong storytelling skills to build impactful brand narratives.

 Awareness of the latest Indian digital & social trends.
