Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels such as Google Ads( Search, Performance max, Demand Gen and App), Meta, Affiliates & New channels
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Mixpanel, and Appsflyer
  • Develop actionable insights using Looker Studio dashboards, customer cohorts, and funnel analysis
  • Drive omnichannel strategies by integrating CRM tools, store visits data, and offline attribution models
  • Own the revenue goals for D2c, and Develop performance-driven strategies to acquire customers, increase ROI, and achieve Revenue, CAC s, and ROAS targets.
  • Conduct A/B testing for creatives, copy, audiences, and landing pages to identify the most effective combinations.
  • Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel and marketing dashboards to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Brand, content, design, engineering and product teams to align messaging and ensure a seamless user journey.
  • Manage media budgets effectively to maximize return on investment and allocate spend based on performance trends.
  • Report daily/weekly/monthly performance metrics to stakeholders, highlighting key results, learnings, and optimization opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising and marketing analytics.
  • Mentor junior team members, work with external affiliate partners, ensuring high-quality execution and adherence to best practices.

Skills We are looking For:

Google Ads Mastery

  • Managed Search, Display, Shopping, and YouTube Ads campaigns end-to-end.
  • Implemented Smart Bidding strategies such as Target CPA (tCPA) and Target ROAS (tROAS)
  • Used ad extensions and audience targeting to enhance ad performance.
  • Conducted A/B testing to optimize creatives and targeting.
  • Set up conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads Tag.

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

  • Built full-funnel strategies covering TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU stages.
  • Created and targeted Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences.
  • Ran Dynamic Product Ads (DPA) for eCommerce to drive conversions.

Data & Analytics Proficiency

  • Handled multi-touch attribution and end-to-end tracking setup.
  • Used Google Tag Manager (GTM) for custom event tracking.
  • Analyzed user behavior and funnels via Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
  • Leveraged Mixpanel for funnel analysis, retention metrics, and user cohort analysis.
  • Used Appsflyer for mobile attribution, deep linking, and uninstall tracking.
  • Applied attribution models like first-click, last-click, and data-driven attribution.
  • Built performance dashboards using Data Studio (Looker Studio).
  • Analyzed key business metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
