Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Manager, your role will involve creating, executing, and managing paid acquisition campaigns across various channels like social, affiliate network, OEMs, and DSPs. Your responsibilities will include analyzing data to derive insights, optimizing campaign performance based on data-driven strategies, and collaborating with MMP and data teams to address marketing performance issues. Additionally, you will be expected to communicate analyses effectively through reporting dashboards, understand new KPI metrics for performance management, test strategies with creative and marketing teams, and deliver measurable improvements in ROI and cost per conversion. **Roles and Responsibilities:** - Build and manage acquisition campaigns across social, affiliate network, OEMs, and DSPs to drive revenue and increase ROI. - Analyze and optimize campaign performance using quantitative analysis. - Identify marketing performance issues and collaborate with MMP and data teams for root cause analysis. - Develop easy-to-use reporting dashboards for demand funnel, marketing planning, budgeting, ROI, operational efficiency, and strategic KPIs. - Stay updated on new KPI metrics for performance management. - Test strategies and innovations with creative and marketing teams. - Improve ROI and cost per conversion across all channels. **Qualifications:** - Previous experience in a quantitative marketing role focusing on social, affiliates, or other performance-oriented channels. - Strong understanding of data, data modeling, and deriving actionable insights. - Excellent analytical skills and the ability to identify operational opportunities within complex data. - Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a focus on ROI. - Exceptional presentation, written, and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in project management. - Critical thinking and creativity. - Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
