Job Title: Marketing Manager

Location: Anna Salai, Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Experience: 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and lead generation.
• Prepare effective sales pitches, marketing proposals, and pitch decks for prospective clients.
• Gather requirements from leads to understand client objectives and tailor marketing plans accordingly.
• Manage the client onboarding process, ensuring smooth communication and alignment between teams.
• Coordinate with design, content, and development teams for campaign and project execution.
• Oversee digital marketing activities including social media, SEO, and paid campaigns.
• Track and report marketing performance metrics to management.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and suggest creative strategies to enhance brand presence.
• Work closely with the sales and project teams to support lead conversion and client retention.

Required Skills:

Strong experience in sales pitch, proposal writing, and client presentations.

Knowledge of digital marketing, social media strategy, and campaign planning.

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Ability to gather client requirements and translate them into actionable plans.

Familiarity with tools like Canva, PowerPoint, Google Slides, CRM software, and project trackers.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in marketing management, client service, or business development.

Experience in agency or IT-based environments preferred.
