Job Description

Proven experience as Sales/Customer Service or other Tele Sales Representative role. Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts. Call and follow up with people who enquire through ads . Should have basic understanding of online ads. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems. Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services. Exceptional customer service skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Female Candidates Preferred.
