Role Overview: We’re looking for a data-driven and strategic Performance Marketing Specialist to join our in-house team. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, and Myntra to drive measurable growth and ROI. The ideal candidate is analytical yet creative. Someone who understands performance metrics deeply and can turn insights into impactful marketing actions. Key Responsibilities: Plan, strategize, and execute ad campaigns across Meta, Google, Amazon, and Myntra. Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize campaigns to maximize performance and ROI. Manage Amazon and Myntra listings, ensuring product visibility, relevance, and content optimization. Create and present monthly performance reports, along with actionable plans for upcoming campaigns. Collaborate closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure ad creatives align with campaign goals and brand tone. Stay up to date with platform updates, tools, and performance marketing trends to identify new growth opportunities. Required Skills & Tools: Proven experience managing and optimizing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and Myntra Ads. Strong understanding of CPC, CPA, ROAS, and conversion tracking. Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Amazon Seller Central. Ability to interpret data, identify insights, and translate them into actionable strategies. Excellent organizational and time-management skills with an eye for detail.
