Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate should have 5 - 8 years of experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of driving improved ROI and ROAS.

Creatives and Ad copies

Customer Acquisition

Remarketing

Execution of Campaigns

Daily Monitoring

Optimization

A/B testing: Conduct A/B testing to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of ad creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.

Data Analysis

Reporting

Scale

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience

Performance Max (PMax), Shopping Ads, YouTube Ads, and Search campaigns

Google Merchant Center

Google Analytics (GA4), conversion tracking, and audience segmentation

high ROAS

●     Ability to handle team of Performance Marketers.

●     Should have handled the budgets in the range of INR 2Cr -10Cr

●     Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.

Google Display & YouTube Ads

●     Self-motivated, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset.


Qualifications:

Meta Ads and cross-channel performance marketing

●     Prior experience working with DTC or marketplace-focused brands.
