Lead and Own Full-Funnel Performance Strategy Strategically manage and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and affiliate networks. Conceptualise creatives and copy, run experiments, and continuously refine landing pages and lead-nurturing strategies. Own A/B testing end-to-end—hypothesis creation, execution, analysis, and iteration. Operate with Agility and Accountability Embrace a founder’s mindset—take full ownership of results and adapt fast. Collaborate closely with creative, content, and sales teams to ensure alignment between campaigns and lead quality. Monitor campaign performance in real-time, uncover insights, and implement improvements without delay. Must-Have Skills (Non-Negotiable) Relentlessly Outcome-Oriented You are obsessed with hitting targets, exceeding benchmarks, and turning insights into growth. Full-Funnel Ownership with Executional Depth You bring hands-on mastery of performance marketing channels and execute campaigns from concept to conversion. Extreme Accountability and Agility You act with ownership, analyse in real-time, and pivot swiftly to optimise outcomes. Qualifications Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, ideally within the EdTech or skill-based learning domain. Demonstrated success managing significant budgets with a focus on ROI and conversion optimisation. Proficient with analytics tools, campaign dashboards, and marketing automation platforms.
