JOB Description: Position: Senior Performance Marketing Manager Location: Hyderabad Department: Marketing Reports To: GM- Marketing About the Role We are seeking a data-driven Senior Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital acquisition strategy, driving scalable growth for our drone solutions (sales, subscriptions, and training programs) across rural and semi-urban markets. You will own end-to-end campaign execution, optimization, and reporting maximizing ROI while reducing Customer Acquisition Cost(CAC)in the agri-tech and smart farming space. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute multi-channel performance marketing strategies (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, programmatic) to generate high-quality leads and conversions. Manage campaigns across search, display, video, and retargeting, tailored to rural/semi-urban audiences. Data & Optimization: Define and track KPIs (Return on Ad Spent, Customer Acquisition Cost, Cost per lead, Life time value) (ROAS, CAC, CPL, LTV) to measure channel effectiveness. Continuously optimize landing pages, creatives, and ad copies for higher conversion rates. Lead A/B testing frameworks and implement data-backed improvements. Collaboration & Alignment: Partner with sales, product, and regional teams to align messaging, targeting, and campaign timing. Leverage CRM (Zoho) and automation tools to nurture leads through the funnel. Market & Competitive Intelligence: Stay ahead of agri-tech/drone industry trends, competitor campaigns, and emerging digital innovations. Adapt strategies to cultural and behavioural nuances in Indian/global emerging markets. Budget & Reporting: Manage performance budgets efficiently, ensuring optimal spend allocation. Deliver regular performance reports to stakeholders with actionable insights. Requirements 8+ years in performance/digital marketing, preferably in Tech, Hardware, or agri-tech . Proven success managing high-budget campaigns (lead gen/e-commerce) with measurable ROI. Expertise in: Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, programmatic. Analytics: GA4, Looker Studio, Hotjar, Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, formulas), BI tools. Deep understanding of rural/semi-urban marketing in India or similar emerging markets. Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into growth strategies. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Bonus: Experience in drones, IoT, or smart farming ; familiarity with marketing automation.
