Job Description

Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

Job Summary:

The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and

optimizing digital marketing campaigns focused on driving measurable business outcomes

such as lead generation, sales, and customer acquisition. The ideal candidate will have deep

knowledge of paid advertising platforms, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to analyze

campaign performance to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

•Plan, develop, and execute performance marketing campaigns across channels such as

Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

•Monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPA,

conversion rates, and ROAS.

•Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform

targeting strategies.

•Collaborate with content, design, and analytics teams to create compelling ad creatives

and landing pages.

•Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of campaigns using tools like Google

Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other analytics platforms.

•Manage budgets efficiently and allocate spend across campaigns to maximize ROI.

•Stay current with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising and

performance marketing.

•Identify new growth opportunities through testing and scaling of new campaigns.

•Support SEO and organic marketing teams with data and insights.

Qualifications:

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

•2-3 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on performance marketing or paid

media.

•Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant ad platforms.

•Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data

Studio, etc.).

•Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems is a plus.

•Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

•Results-oriented with a track record of achieving or exceeding campaign targets.

•Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
