Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, X, etc.).
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI and reduce CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost).
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and audience segmentation.
  • Create engaging ad copy, visuals, and A/B tests for continuous performance improvement.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g.,

    Google Analytics,

    SEMrush, HubSpot).
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align campaigns with business objectives.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging growth opportunities.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or recently completed) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong interest in digital marketing and growth strategies.
  • Good understanding of google analytics.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or Meta Ads (coursework or self-learning counts).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Creative mindset with good communication skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic startup environment.


Skills

  • Experience in AI, SaaS, or enterprise B2B marketing.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Familiarity with SEO and CRO strategies.
