Performance Marketing Manager
CTC: ₹7 to 10 lakh
We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. This position is designed to drive business growth and meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in paid media strategy, audience targeting, and advanced analytics to maximize return on investment (ROI) while contributing to the company’s overall marketing strategy. The role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to manage multi-channel campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize results to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Strategy Development & Execution:
Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, Criteo, AdRoll, RTB, and programmatic advertising.
Design and optimize campaigns that drive targeted traffic, conversions, and overall business growth.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
Manage the full campaign lifecycle, including budgeting, targeting, creative optimization, bidding strategies, and A/B testing to ensure campaigns meet KPIs.
Continuously refine digital advertising efforts to drive high-quality leads, improve sales, and maintain a strong focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO).
Performance Analysis & Reporting:Continuously monitor, analyze, and interpret campaign performance metrics across all paid media channels.
Derive actionable insights from data to optimize campaigns and ensure the best possible ROI while identifying opportunities to scale.
Prepare and present detailed performance reports to internal stakeholders, translating key findings into strategic recommendations and decisions.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
Collaborate with creative, design, and product teams to ensure alignment of performance marketing strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
Work closely with other marketing departments to maintain consistency in messaging, creative assets, and brand positioning across all digital channels.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation:Stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing to implement innovative strategies and tools.
Regularly assess and test new tactics, platforms, and technologies to continually improve campaign performance and stay ahead of the competition.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on paid media campaigns.
Extensive hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, Criteo, AdRoll, RTB, and programmatic advertising.
Deep understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and expertise in digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and others.
Proven track record of driving measurable results through performance marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret large datasets, identify trends, and derive actionable insights to improve campaign performance.
Exceptional communication skills and ability to present data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
Experience in budget management and bidding strategies for high-volume campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
