Job Description

The Performance Marketing Manager at Conscious Chemist will be responsible for leading and executing the paid digital marketing strategy across key platforms, primarily Google and Meta. With a strong focus on driving growth and achieving challenging performance targets, the ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns for a Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) brand, preferably in the beauty or e-commerce sector. This role requires a hands-on individual with a data-driven mindset and a deep understanding of digital marketing best practices. Responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, conducting keyword research and audience targeting analysis, managing the performance marketing budget effectively, and staying updated on industry trends and emerging platforms. The Performance Marketing Manager will take ownership of campaign setup, implementation, optimization, and reporting, working closely with creative, content, and tech teams to ensure seamless execution and optimization of ad creatives and landing pages. Data analysis and reporting will be a key aspect of the role, with a focus on monitoring campaign performance, generating insightful reports, and communicating results to stakeholders. The successful candidate will be proficient in using data analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager, and will have experience with attribution models and understanding the customer journey. Collaboration with organic marketing and CRM teams, as well as a proactive approach to researching and testing new features and strategies, will be essential to drive innovation and improve campaign performance. Qualifications for the role include a proven track record of driving growth, strong analytical skills, proficiency in performance marketing across Google and Meta platforms, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a solid understanding of the D2C business model and e-commerce best practices. Familiarity with other performance marketing channels such as Snapchat Ads and Affiliate Marketing is a plus.,
