We are looking for a driven and experienced Performance Marketing Manager to take ownership of our paid digital channels and drive significant growth. Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Performance Marketing Manager to lead and execute our paid digital marketing strategy across key platforms, primarily Google and Meta. This role requires a hands-on individual with 3-5 years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns for a D2C brand (ideally in the beauty or e-commerce sector). The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital marketing best practices, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to take complete ownership of campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting. You will be instrumental in driving new customer acquisition, scaling our online presence, and achieving ambitious growth targets. Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram, Audience Network) aligned with overall business objectives and marketing goals. Conduct thorough keyword research, audience targeting analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities. Plan and manage the performance marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and campaigns to maximize ROI. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms within performance marketing. Campaign Execution & Management: Take end-to-end ownership of campaign setup, implementation, and ongoing management across Google and Meta platforms. Develop compelling ad creatives and landing page strategies in collaboration with the creative and content teams. Implement and manage tracking, tagging, and attribution models to accurately measure campaign performance. Continuously monitor campaign performance, identify areas for optimization, and implement data-driven adjustments to improve key metrics. Manage and optimize bidding strategies, budget allocation, and audience targeting to achieve CPA, ROAS, and other performance targets. Data Analysis & Reporting: Regularly analyze campaign performance data, generate insightful reports, and communicate results to the wider marketing team. Identify key trends, opportunities, and challenges based on data analysis and provide actionable recommendations. Utilize analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) to track key metrics, understand customer behavior, and inform strategic decisions. Develop and present performance reports, highlighting key achievements, learnings, and future recommendations. Collaboration & Communication: Collaborate effectively with the creative, content, and tech teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and landing page optimization. Communicate performance updates, insights, and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders. Work closely with the organic marketing and CRM teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach. Industry Insights & Innovation: Maintain a strong understanding of the D2C and e-commerce landscape, particularly within the beauty industry. Proactively research and test new features, platforms, and strategies to drive innovation and improve campaign performance. Qualifications & Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on Google Ads and Meta Ads. Proven track record of driving significant growth and achieving challenging performance targets for a D2C brand (experience within the beauty or e-commerce sector is highly preferred). Deep understanding of campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting across Google and Meta platforms. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager). Experience with attribution models and understanding the customer journey. Ability to take complete ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the D2C business model and e-commerce best practices. Familiarity with other performance marketing channels (e.g., Snapchat Ads, Affiliate Marketing) is a plus.
