Through exceptional communication, customer support, and efficient order management, our mission is to drive sales growth, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall success of the sales department. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Order Management: Contact non-serviced retail outlets and distributors by phone to introduce new products and updates, highlighting key features, pricing, and promotional offers. Effectively market and promote products, ensuring the benefits and features are clearly communicated. Share new promotional schemes, offers, or discounts with retail outlets to drive sales and encourage orders. Take orders from retail outlets, confirming all product details, availability, and delivery timelines. Process orders efficiently and accurately, confirming product stock levels and ensuring timely deliveries. Upsell or cross-sell additional products where appropriate to meet sales targets. In case of a DSR/PSR's absenteeism, take orders directly and track sales performance to ensure smooth operations and continuity 2. Inventory & Stock Management: Address queries related to stock availability, SKUs, and product inventory. Provide retail outlets with updates regarding stock levels, availability of new products, and delivery schedules. Resolve any stock-related issues, ensuring the availability of products or providing alternatives when necessary. 3. Customer Support: Handle retailers and distributors complaints, queries, and feedback regarding orders, products, and deliveries. Collaborate with the logistics and inventory teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain customer satisfaction. Follow up on pending orders, delivery confirmations, or any customer concerns, ensuring a smooth and pleasant customer experience. 4. Market Research & Relationship Building: Re-establish relationships with inactive retail outlets, addressing their needs and promoting loyalty to our products. Identify opportunities to expand sales and build long-term customer relationships through excellent service. Track feedback from customers and share insights with the sales team to improve marketing strategies and product offerings. 5. Data Entry & Reporting: Accurately enter orders, customer interactions, and transaction details into the system. Maintain detailed records of calls, orders, customer complaints, and sales feedback. Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on sales progress, customer feedback, and challenges faced. Personal Attributes: Positive, customer-centric approach to work. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to overcome objections. Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage time efficiently and handle pressure while ensuring excellent service. Key success factors: 1. Education Qualifications and Skills: Educational Background: Bachelors degree in any discipline. Experience: Previous experience in tele calling, customer service, or sales (preferably in a role that involved contacting retailers or distributors). Skills: Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with an ability to market and promote products. Customer-oriented attitude with the ability to address inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. Familiarity with sales/order management and inventory systems is a plus. Basic understanding of sales processes and product marketing. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM tools Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy in data entry and communication. Experience: 1-3 Years
