Job Description

As a Performance Marketing Manager at Comfort Click, you will be responsible for developing and executing end-to-end performance marketing strategies for the D2C eCommerce website. Your main focus will be on running paid ad campaigns across various platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and Email Marketing to drive revenue and optimize performance. Your role will involve managing high-ROI Google Ads campaigns with a strong emphasis on revenue generation rather than just traffic or leads. You will also lead Meta Ads campaigns to drive full-funnel growth through acquisition, retargeting, and retention strategies. Additionally, you will work on optimizing product feeds for Shopping Ads, implementing email marketing automation flows, and overseeing the SEO strategy in collaboration with tech and content teams. To excel in this role, you should have a solid track record of successfully managing performance marketing campaigns for D2C eCommerce websites, with a focus on driving revenue directly through the website. Your experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, SEO, and team management will be crucial in achieving monthly revenue goals and optimizing campaign performance. Furthermore, you will be responsible for monitoring campaign tracking, analyzing data to uncover insights, and continuously A/B testing to maximize performance. Collaboration with creative, product, tech, and eCommerce teams will be essential to ensure seamless campaign execution and alignment across all channels.
