Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Performance Marketing Executive to manage and optimize our digital advertising campaigns across Google and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, campaign execution experience, and a track record of delivering measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

· Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

· Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-efficiency while achieving KPIs (CTR, ROAS, Conversions, CPL, etc.).

· Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation & competitor analysis to improve ad performance.

· Create, monitor, and optimize campaigns in Search, Display, Video, and Social Media ads.

· Coordinate with creative teams for ad copies, visuals, and landing page optimization.

· Track, measure and report campaign performance using Google Analytics & Meta Business Manager.

· Implement A/B testing to improve campaign results.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends, platform changes & algorithm updates.

· Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing.

· Hands-on experience in managing Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads campaigns.

· Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and tracking tools.

· Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager & Pixel setup.

· Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Google Ads & Meta Blueprint Certifications (added advantage).

· Experience with remarketing & conversion optimization strategies.

· Familiarity with e-commerce advertising will be preferred.

Salary Range: [As per Company Standards]

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹480,000.00 - ₹540,000.00 per year
