We collaborate closely with leading architects, interior designers, and product designers to create timeless, contemporary furniture collections that combine craftsmanship, quality materials, and refined design. Our mission is to make thoughtfully designed, high-quality furniture more accessible to the new-age Indian homeowner.
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who can lead our performance marketing across Amazon and Google. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on with campaign execution, performance optimization, data analysis, and scaling digital spends efficiently. You will work directly with the founding team and take ownership of performance outcomes.
Experience with either Amazon Ads or Google Ads is mandatory. Exposure to both is strongly preferred. Experience working with premium/lifestyle brands or high AOV D2C brands is a plus.
• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Amazon Advertising (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, PMAX).
• Monitor daily performance and continuously improve ROAS, CTR, CPC, and conversion metrics.
• Manage marketplace listings, product feeds, catalog quality, and A+ content performance insights (in collaboration with creative/content teams).
• Analyze campaign performance using dashboards, analytics tools, and platform insights.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and category research to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives and messaging.
• Scale campaigns in a structured, data-driven manner while maintaining efficiency.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing with hands-on expertise in Amazon Ads and/or Google Ads.
• Ability to independently manage campaigns end-to-end — planning to execution to reporting.
• Strong analytical skills with comfort in handling data and optimization logic.
• Understanding of premium brand positioning, customer journey, and funnel metrics.
• Experience in D2C, premium/luxury, home decor, or lifestyle brand category is a good-to-have.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
