Job Description

Create & execute a performance marketing strategy & execute the plan by understanding the markets & audience behavior of the respective geographies. Understanding budgets & ROAS to plan for the months spent & expected revenues. Identify and test new channels to continually look at ways to grow the brand's funnel

  • Creating and executing a strong performance marketing strategy (Google ads & Facebook ads) & execution plan
  • Developing and managing digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns
  • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC
  • Ensuring successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels
  • Identifying and testing new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics
  • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback, & present results.
  • Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy
  • Create and manage Google Ad campaigns. (SEM)
  • Create and manage Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads. (Social media advertising)
  • Regularly review and optimize all advertising campaigns for positive ROAS
  • Manage paid listings on third-party websites and media partners
  • Manage Google Analytics to track and measure all marketing campaigns
  • Regularly review multi-channel analytics reports (Search, Social, Ads, Email, Website, Blog) and recommend optimization action plans to sales and marketing teams
  • Conduct regular conversion rate optimization audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands’ digital channels and assets.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Should have 2+ years of experience in Google Shopping Ads and Facebook Ads on E-Commerce platforms.
  • Should have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
  • Should possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Should be a highly goal-oriented individual and have excellent communication skills.
  • Should be open-minded, curious, and a strong problem solver.
  • Should be a performer and Achiever.
  • Must have leadership qualities and mindset.
  • Should possess excellent analytical skills and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights and recommendations.
