Area Sales Manager

As an Area Sales Head at Central Vision, a B2B eyewear brand "MARVIN MOO," your primary responsibility will be to acquire new Eyewear distributors in the designated region and drive sales through them effectively. You will also focus on securing space to showcase and sell at high walk-in retail shops to enhance the brand presence. It is crucial that you embody the Marvin Moo brand identity and act as a proactive spokesperson in the region. This full-time on-site role in the Optical/Eyewear Industry is based in New Delhi. Your key responsibilities will include leveraging your regional experience to identify and secure new distributors, driving sales through the distributor network, ensuring consistent growth, and developing a comprehensive understanding of Marvin Moo's products to effectively communicate their technical aspects and benefits. You will be required to engage in fieldwork, meeting with potential distributors and customers to understand their needs and challenges, and address these challenges in a timely and effective manner. Additionally, you will be responsible for generating reports periodically, representing Marvin Moo's brand values and products, and maintaining professionalism and excellent communication skills in all interactions. To excel in this role, you should possess strong sales and negotiation skills, experience in market research and strategy development, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to analyze sales data and market trends, a proven track record in the optical or eyewear industry, leadership and team management skills, proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,
