Job Description

At Deyor, we’re on a mission to redefine travel experiences across India and beyond. As we scale rapidly, we're looking for a Performance Marketer who can drive growth through data, creativity, and seamless execution. What You’ll Do: Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads Continuously monitor performance metrics, A/B test creatives, and deliver on CAC and ROI targets Integrate campaigns with CRMs, IVRs, Chatbots , and other mar-tech tools to enable a full-funnel growth strategy Collaborate with tech and sales teams to build seamless customer journeys and automation flows Own the reporting and performance dashboard, you must love data What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing Deep expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms (like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar) Experience working on tech integrations (CRM, IVR, Chatbot, Webhooks, etc.) A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Bonus: Travel industry experience Understanding of attribution models and marketing analytics If you're passionate about performance, understand the power of tech in scaling user acquisition, and are excited to build with a fast-growing travel brand, we'd love to hear from you. 📍 Location: Gurgaon Office, Full Time Role Show more Show less
