🚀 Performance Marketer (Paid Media)

🔑 Responsibilities
  • Plan, run & optimize

    Meta (FB/IG) and Google Ads

  • Drive high-quality leads

    with controlled CPL
  • Manage funnels, landing pages & lead forms
  • Track performance using pixels, events & analytics
  • A/B test creatives, copies & audiences
  • Coordinate with CRM, sales & creative teams
  • Share regular performance reports & insights
🎯 Requirements
  • 2–5 years of performance marketing experience
  • Strong hands-on with

    Meta & Google Ads

  • Experience in lead-gen or conversion campaigns

  • Good understanding of tracking, funnels & attribution

  • Data-driven mindset with reporting skills

  • Insurance / Fintech / BFSI experience is a plus
