📌 Role: Performance Marketer – Paid Ads & Analytics Specialist

📍 Location: Delhi | In-office

📆 Experience: Minimum 3+ years in digital marketing with proven expertise in paid ads and Google Pixels

What You’ll Do:

🔹 Plan, execute, and optimize high-performance ad campaigns across Meta, Google & other platforms

🔹 Set up and manage Google Pixels, conversion tracking, and event mapping for accurate analytics

🔹 Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to boost ROI

🔹 Work closely with creative and strategy teams to improve performance marketing outcomes

🔹 Stay updated on trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Minimum 3 years experience in performance marketing

✅ Strong expertise in paid ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, Instagram etc.)

✅ Deep understanding of Google Pixels, event setup, and tracking optimization

✅ Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making

✅ Excellent communication and collaboration skills
