Job Description

Job Title: Relationship Manager – Insurance

Location: Andheri- Mumbai

Experience: 1+ Year

Industry: Insurance (Health, Life, Motor)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and relationship-driven Relationship Manager with at least 1 year of experience in the insurance sector. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of Health, Life, and Motor Insurance products and the ability to manage and support a network of insurance agents, driving sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with insurance agents.
Guide and support agents in understanding and promoting Health, Life, and Motor insurance products.
Drive sales performance through agent engagement, motivation, and training.
Assist agents in achieving their sales targets and resolving any operational issues.
Provide ongoing support to agents including product knowledge, sales techniques, and compliance updates.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and service delivery through agents.
Maintain accurate records of agent interactions, performance, and feedback.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales or agent management.
In-depth knowledge of Health, Life, and Motor Insurance products.
Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a large network of agents effectively.
Target-driven with a proven track record in channel/agent development.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).

Preferred Skills:

Experience in agency/channel management.
CRM tool proficiency is a plus.
IRDA certification or relevant insurance licenses is an advantage.
