Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    The Lead - Human Resource will play a pivotal role in driving strategic HR initiatives and talent acquisition strategies to support ANIL’s mission of building a fully integrated green hydrogen ecosystem. This role will focus on aligning human capital strategies with the business unit’s objectives of cost-competitive hydrogen production and large-scale renewable energy projects. The incumbent will ensure the attraction, development, and retention of top talent to enable ANIL’s leadership in the global green energy market.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Key Responsibilities - Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent for ANIL’s cutting-edge projects in green hydrogen, battery, and electrolyser technologies. - Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and align HR strategies with ANIL’s operational goals and decarbonisation initiatives. - Design and implement employee engagement programs to foster a high-performance culture aligned with ANIL’s mission of market leadership in sustainable energy. - Lead workforce planning and succession planning efforts to ensure a robust talent pipeline for critical roles within the business unit. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives that reflect ANIL’s commitment to innovation and sustainability. - Utilize advanced HR analytics tools to provide data-driven insights for decision-making and to measure the effectiveness of HR programs. - Oversee the onboarding process to ensure seamless integration of new hires into ANIL’s dynamic and innovative work environment. - Drive leadership development programs to build managerial capabilities aligned with ANIL’s strategic priorities and growth trajectory. - Manage employee relations and provide strategic guidance to resolve workplace challenges while maintaining a positive organizational climate. - Ensure alignment of HR policies and practices with Adani Group’s broader mission and values.

Qualifications and Experience


    Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or Organizational Development is preferred.
