Executive, Remuneration & Benefits (and HRBP Support & Structure Evaluation)

Key Responsibilities
1. Remuneration & Benefits Support
- Assist in the execution of the annual compensation and merit increase cycle.
- Consolidate and validate compensation data received from multiple sources
- Support incentive payout calculations, salary fitment workings, and internal movement salary proposals.
- Maintain trackers, templates, and documentation related to compensation reviews.
2. HRBP Coordination & Support
- Support HRBP in routine HR processes for 1,200+ employees.
- Assist with employee workforces planning inputs, and HR dashboards.
- Coordinate with unit HR teams to ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Provide support in areas like attrition analysis, engagement inputs.
3. Structure & Job Evaluation
- Prepare and update organization structure charts, role maps, and reporting lines.
- Assist in job evaluation exercises using defined criteria and templates.
- Help maintain job descriptions, role level grids, and function-wise structure documentation.
- Support compensation alignment exercises linked to job evaluation outcomes.
4. HR Analytics & Special Projects
- Deliver accurate analysis across compensation, workforce cost, headcount, and other people metrics.
- Respond to ad-hoc data and analysis requirements from HR and business leaders.
- Assist in special HR projects such as policy revisions, or productivity studies.
- Maintain high data hygiene across systems, trackers, and dashboards.

Skills & Competencies
- Good numerical ability and comfort with Excel/HRIS tools.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large data sets.
- Reliable execution and ability to manage multiple deliverables smoothly.
- Good communication and coordination skills across distributed teams.
- Willingness to learn new HR processes, tools, and frameworks with guidance.

Experience & Qualification
- 2-5 years of HR experience preferred (compensation, HR operations, or analytics exposure is a plus).
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.

Location: Bangalore; occasional travel to manufacturing units may be required.
