Key Responsibilities
- Draft and post job ads across job boards, social media, and hospitality networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/ video interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate interview schedules with department heads and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage end‑to‑end hiring process: offer letters, background checks, onboarding paperwork.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with accurate data.
- Develop relationships with recruitment agencies, hospitality schools, and industry groups.
- Track recruitment metrics (time‑to‑fill, source effectiveness, cost per hire) and report to HR leadership.

Pay: ₹25,232.57 - ₹30,184.02 per month
