Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for multiple positions (sourcing to onboarding).
Source candidates through
job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), referrals, and social media
Screen resumes and conduct
initial HR interviews
to assess suitability.
Maintain and update
candidate databases, trackers, and reports
.
Build a strong pipeline for recurring hiring needs.
Manage
offer letters, salary negotiation, follow-ups, and onboarding formalities

Preferred candidate profile

Good communication and interpersonal skills
.Strong sourcing and screening ability.
Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment strategies
Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines.
Proficiency with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and job portals.
