Key Responsibilities: ● Recruitment & Hiring: Screen profiles, schedule interviews, and manage recruitment. ● Onboarding & Training: Facilitate onboarding, documentation, and training sessions. ● Employee Management: Track attendance and ensure smooth employee relations. ● Reporting & Documentation: Maintain HR records and generate weekly/monthly reports. ● Compliance & Legal Coordination: Ensure labor law compliance and manage employee insurance. ● Payroll & Salary Management: Prepare salary slips and resolve payroll-related concerns. ● Meetings & Coordination: Organize HR meetings and collaborate with teams.
