Key Responsibilities: Guest Assistance: Welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, verifying reservations, collecting payments, and issuing room keys. Information Provision: Providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Communication: Handling phone calls, messages, and emails, and responding to guest inquiries and concerns. Administrative Tasks: Maintaining accurate records of guest information, room status, and reservations. Coordination: Coordinating with other departments, such as housekeeping, to address guest needs. Problem Solving: Responding to guest feedback and resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Maintaining a positive guest experience: Creating a positive first impression and ensuring a memorable stay for guests. Skills Required: Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with guests and colleagues. Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with guests and handle difficult situations professionally. Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately record information and maintain organized records. Customer Service Skills: Ability to provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively. Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve guest issues in a timely and efficient manner. Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems for reservations, check-in/check-out, and other administrative tasks.
