Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    The main purpose of this role is Lead and manage the functional workstreem for portal projects, including resource management, stakeholder management, skill gap, analysis, requirements, definition, change management, contain designing, and communication design usability and usability and user acceptance testing. Effectively TM team to produce well though out and innovative solution. You should be familiar with business operation and demonstrate excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities of Role


    Budget Preparation : Define and prepare the overarching budget for HR services, salaries, variable compensation, and annual bonuses, ensuring financial efficiency and alignment with organizational priorities. Performance and rewards strategy: Devise and implement comprehensive performance and reward strategies that are in alignment with the strategic goals and ambitions Performance Management: Provide oversight for the performance management processes, ensuring they are fully aligned with and supportive of the organization's broader objectives. Compensation design: Determine and establish employee grade-wise salary benchmarks, annual bonuses, and variable payouts, while also maintaining competitive salary structures within the market Payroll and Performance System Oversight: Oversee payroll processing and performance evaluation systems to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with company policies. Regulatory compliance: Maintain adherence to regulatory compliance in all aspects of performance and rewards management Governance and process assurance: Analytics & Reporting: Monitor and analyze HR metrics related to employee lifecycle management (ELCM), total rewards, performance, and engagement to provide actionable insights & prepare regular reports to support data-driven decision-making and strategic planning. Digital Mindset: Keep up with digital and AI advancements to enhance business and maintain competitiveness.

Qualifications and Experience


    MBA/MSW with minimum 12 years of experience in workforce development, preferably in manufacturing or energy sectors.
