Location: Madurai / Puducherry / Chennai

Experience: 10+ Years

Compensation: Up to 1 Lakh/month (CTC) includes PF, Bonus, and Company Car

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Service Manager to lead our service operations for PSA Nitrogen Gas Plants, Air Compressors, and Dryers.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing regional service teams, ensuring maximum plant uptime, and high levels of client satisfaction while controlling cost and team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Strategy

Lead: Direct a team of service engineers and technicians across multiple locations (Madurai, Puducherry, and Chennai).

2. Resource Allocation:

Manage service schedules, site visits, and emergency breakdown responses.

2. Uptime Management:

Ensure continuous running at low operating cost for all installed PSA Nitrogen plants. Candidate should have deep knowledge of:

- Preventive Maintenance of PSA Gas Plants and Air Compressors

- Predictive maintenance of PSA Gas Plants and Air Compressors

3. Cost Control:

Manage the service budget, spare parts inventory, ensuring low operational costs without compromising on quality or safety.

4. Client & Stakeholder Management

Serve as the primary point of escalation for key industrial clients.

5. Reporting:

Provide monthly reports on service performance, spare parts inventory, and customer feedback.

6. Inventory Management

Forecast and manage inventory levels for critical components and consumables.

Mandatory Qualifications

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of hands-on and managerial experience specifically in PSA Nitrogen Plants, Industrial Air Compressors (Screw/Reciprocating), and Air Dryers

Education:

B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

Skills:

Strong leadership, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of pneumatic systems and nitrogen gas plant.

Preferred Attributes

Strong geographical knowledge of the industrial belts in Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.

Ability to handle high-pressure situations and mission-critical plant failures.

Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
