Your main responsibilities

MoRe Business Lead: Driving Business, Solutions, Planning & Strategy

What We're Looking For

  • We are seeking a dynamic, hands-on Senior Business leader who can transform and exponentially scale our MOD-T & Repair business
  • This individual will be a true entrepreneur within the organization, responsible for defining & improvising the solutions/product roadmap while simultaneously building the organizational structure and enabling support to the field to achieve growth aspirations
  • This role demands excellence in both strategy and field delivery

Job Summary

  • The MoRe Lead will own the entire lifecycle and commercial success of the MOD-T & Repair business
  • This includes setting the strategic vision, defining profitable solutions, establishing product requirements, and, critically, leading the field execution and driving sales to ensure widespread adoption and market dominance
  • This role requires a strong focus on planning, organizational scaling, competitive product positioning, and achieving high-quality, timely field delivery

What you bring

Key Responsibilities & Deliverables

I. Strategic Vision & Solution Ownership (Product)

  • Define and articulate a clear, compelling product vision and strategy for the MOD T & Repair portfolio, aligning it directly with aggressive company objectives.
  • Conduct deep field input analysis, customer feedback, and competitive benchmarking to identify high-potential opportunities, address pain points, and ensure market competitiveness.
  • Develop detailed solution requirements, user stories, and clear success metrics (e.g., PES) for all new offerings.
  • Own the solution lifecycle from ideation to commercialization, adoption, and continuous improvement, tracking performance using data analytics and field feedback.

Business Scaling & Field Execution

  • Drive exponential volume and revenue growth

    by establishing formal and informal levers on the ground (e.g., developing and implementing targeted sales schemes, incentive programs, and marketing strategies).
  • Own the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy

    for new solutions, pricing models, and necessary field training programs to ensure rapid and successful market penetration.
  • Lead and scale the sales and execution force

    by setting aggressive KPIs, providing coaching, and building the organizational structure necessary to support future business demands.
  • Establish robust sales reporting and performance management systems

    to accurately forecast revenue, track pipeline health, and identify areas for sales process optimization.
    • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure a unified and value-driven release/launch process in the field.
    • Prioritize features and initiatives based on maximum business impact, field viability, customer value, and resource allocation.
    • Serve as the primary voice of the field/customer within the organization, translating operational challenges into actionable product and strategy changes.

Core Skills & Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 15+ years

  • Sales Leadership & Business Ownership:

    Proven ability to lead and motivate a field sales and execution team, demonstrating a

    clear track record of meeting or exceeding aggressive sales targets

    and full accountability for the business unit's P&L.
  • Strategic & Data-Driven:

    Ability to translate complex business needs and market data into technical requirements, clear product specifications, and executable strategies. Familiarity with analytics tools is essential.
  • Execution Focus:

    Proven ability to manage competing operational and strategic priorities and deliver high-quality, measurable results under pressure.
  • Expertise in Sales Process Optimization:

    Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and optimizing sales processes (from lead generation to closing) for scalability and efficiency.
  • Communication & Stakeholder Management:

    Excellent ability to communicate vision, resolve conflicts, and influence stakeholders across all organizational levels.
