The role of Payroll Specialist will be responsible for the end to end processing of country specific payrolls, maintaining and updating accurate payroll records.Working closely with the Group Payroll Manager and a team of three Payroll Specialists based in Manchester to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, compliance with local regulations, and excellent service delivery to our internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end processing of multiple payrolls across various jurisdictions.
• Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Complete all data entry, reconciliations, and audit checks.
• Respond to payroll-related queries from employees and internal departments.
• Liaise with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment on employee data and reporting.
• Support with compliance and international payroll regulations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll function.
