Job Title: Payroll Specialist Department: Finance Location: Vasant Kunj Employment Type: Full-time Experience Required: 4-5 Years Min. Key Responsibilities Process payroll for employees accurately and on time. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including income tax, PF, ESI, gratuity, and professional tax. Reconcile payroll reports with accounting and finance systems. Assist with internal and external audits related to payroll. Stay updated on regulatory changes and ensure compliance. Resolve employee queries regarding pay slips, deductions, taxes, and other payroll matters. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field. 4–5 years of proven experience in payroll processing. Familiarity with payroll software. Solid understanding of statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, etc.). Excellent MS Excel skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
